Trading Combine and Express Funded Account are different stages
Topstep’s standard Maximum Loss Limit trails the end-of-day balance and is checked during the session, including unrealised P&L. Published limits for the 50K, 100K and 150K standard accounts are $2,000, $3,000 and $4,500. An Express Funded Account starts at a $0 balance; the account label describes buying power. After the first payout, its loss floor is $0. Topstep Labs has separate parameters.
